Hi!
From Argentina, I have lived in the United Kingdom for 9 years as an immigrant. Even after learning the language almost 5 years ago, I never stop learning new ways to express my writing and speaking. I love to experiment with language and present stories in creative ways.
For that reason, my journalism mostly devolves on the article/blog/feature or overall written side, however I do love using multimedia in all of my posts be it with audio and visuals or informative graphics. Thanks to my experience on all aspects of media editing, I am interested in making all articles as interactive as I can.
Feature writing has got me to places where I interview creative individuals and carefully present their mindset and work in a way that any person can find approachable. Either be interviewing animators on their passion project about queer love, or a charity seeking to bring easier lives to refugees.
I am about giving a voice to diverse and struggling communities, providing anyone with a platform to tell their tales of triumph or stories of loss.
In my reach for both global and local news, I aspire as well to use journalism to connect audiences from all over the world. In my knowledge of both English and Spanish, I have researched for stories that could not been accessed normally by others, as well as interview members of the public who are not able to speak English. It is my dream to turn this bilingual journalism into a career and present stories from the third-world South America to an interested audience in Europe. Either as a geo-political reporter or just a feature writer: I am continously shaping my writing to be for anyone — from anyone.
