SOME KEY SKILLS:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in writing for columns, hard news, features, and reviews - Knowledge of SEO and writing for WordPress.
- Knowledge of how to effectively research and find stories that fit the interest of local demographics or general national audiences.
- Expert knowledge of IPSO/OFCOM regulations, Journalism Media Law (defamation, copyright, courts, privacy, etc.) and current public affairs in the UK.
- In-depth knowledge of editing using Adobe programs (Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Audition, etc.) Skill meets professional standards and have been used in articles and social media website.
- Fluent Spanish speaking/writing.
